Refund Policy

Each order that is sent out is subject to strict quality inspections during the packing process.

The policies set out below have been established to give you the comfort of knowing that, subject to the conditions set out below, if any product you purchase from Crucial Tracking is found to be defective, or it does not meet your needs, we will happily repair or replace the product, or offer you a refund.

Faulty or Defective Policy

In the unlikely event that you have received a faulty or defective product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order to team@crucialtracking.com.au, along with your name and order number and we will review your case and sort your issues out as quickly as possible.

You will be asked to return your full order to us within 14 days of contact. We will inspect the product, and if we agree that the product is faulty and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, we will, with your agreement, replace the product with an identical product.
If we are unable to provide you with an identical product, we will, with your agreement, refund the purchase price. If, however, if you return the product more than 14 days after contacting us (within 30 days) or you do not agree to the replacement or refund referred to immediately above, we will need to make a more thorough assessment of the nature of the fault before we can determine how to help you.

What is our Refund Policy?

If you change your mind about a product you have purchased from us or the product is faulty, you can return that product to us within 14 days of purchase and we will happily refund the original purchase price of that product, provided the product and packaging is in its original condition and is still re-saleable. If it is a change of mind and is outside of the 14-day period (up to 30 days), we will offer a refund but with a 20% re-stocking fee.

Change of Mind Policy

Bought something and simply changed your mind!
Products must be returned in their original packaging along with included accessories. A change of mind return is sent back to us at your cost.
Contact us at team@crucialtracking.com.au within 48 hours of receiving your item if you change your mind. One we provide you with an authorisation number, you have 14 days to return your purchase for a full refund.

Warranty

GPS Trackers will be repaired or replaced for a period of 12 months from original invoice date. This warranty covers component and manufacturing defects and excludes any defects due to misuse, incorrect procedures, tampering, incorrect maintenance, physical damage, or misadventure. Product failure due to power surge or power spike will not be covered under warranty.
