Free shipping on orders over $79

Orders over $79 ship free, anywhere in Australia. Orders under $79 ship at the standard rate shown at checkout, where an express option is available too. We ship multiple times a week, and orders typically dispatch within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is dispatched you'll get a confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number — if you can't see it, check your junk folder. Track your delivery any time at Australia Post MyPost tracking.

Delivery times

Deliveries are handled by Australia Post. Typical delivery times from dispatch:

WA	1–2 business days
VIC, NSW, QLD, ACT & SA	2–4 business days
TAS, NT & regional areas	3–6 business days

These timeframes are Australia Post estimates, and the occasional transit delay can happen once an order is in their network. In WA, local pickup is also available by prior arrangement — just get in touch before you order.

Where we ship

We currently ship within Australia only — we don't ship internationally.

If a parcel goes missing, arrives damaged, or comes back to us as undeliverable (a wrong or incomplete address is the usual cause), email team@crucialtracking.com.au and we'll sort it out with Australia Post. Where a parcel is genuinely lost or damaged in transit, you'll get a replacement or a refund.
