Cancellation policy

Subscription cancellation & refunds

Monthly plans — cancel any time from your account. Cancelling stops the next billing cycle; your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for, and payments already made aren't refunded.

Annual plans — renew automatically each year until cancelled, and any cancellation requested before the renewal date is honoured. Cancel within 30 calendar days of delivery for a full refund once the tracker and SIM are returned; after 30 days a refund isn't guaranteed, but we'll consider a partial one case by case.

Free tracker with an annual plan — the tracker is yours to keep once your first full annual term completes. Cancel earlier and any refund requires the tracker to be returned; keeping it simply means no refund, and we never charge extra for it.
