CT-V07 is a rugged 4G GPS tracker that connects straight to a 12 V or 24 V battery: two wires with fork terminals onto the battery posts, and the supplied tape holds it on top of the battery, facing the sky for the best GPS signal. If the battery sits in a metal box, fit the tracker on top of the box instead: metal can block the signal. There’s no ignition wire to find and no relay to fit, so a caravan, a boat, a trailer or a piece of machinery is as easy to track as a ute or a truck.
The case is sealed to IP69K against dust, high-pressure water and steam cleaning. GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou work together for positions accurate to under 1.8 m, it senses ignition from battery voltage and movement, and alerts cover towing, crashes, jamming, battery disconnection, over-speed and excessive idling. A 320 mAh backup battery keeps it reporting if the battery is disconnected, and in its deepest sleep it draws under 1 mA, so it’s gentle on a battery that sits for a while between trips.
