Switching from another Crucial Tracking plan, adding a plan to a tracker you bought outright, or connecting a supported tracking device (CT-V03, CT-V05 or CT-A03)? This is the plan for it. We post a SIM for the device, so enter its IMEI below.

Changing plans? Order the new plan, then cancel the old one from your account or by contacting us. Buying a new tracker? Pick your plan on the tracker page instead.

No minimum term — cancel any time from your account or by contacting us.

Subscription $100.00 / year For a supported tracking device you already own. Billed from the first payment — $100.00/yr until you cancel. Renews every year at $100.00 until cancelled — stop the renewal from your account or by contacting us, no minimum term. Full refund of any plan payment if you cancel within 30 days of delivery (SIM returned); after that, case by case. A tracker bought with it is covered separately by the 30-day returns policy.

Heads up — this SIM only works in our trackers. It ships IMEI-locked to the Crucial Tracking tracker you activate it with (CT-V03, CT-V05 or CT-A03) and won’t work in phones or other hardware. Swapping to a new Crucial Tracking device later? Support can re-pair the SIM for you.

15 digits — printed on the device label and shown in the tracking platform under the device’s details. Spaces are fine.

This plan is for a supported tracking device you already own and is billed from the first payment. Renewal and cancellation terms live in the subscription policy; refunds in the refund policy.
