CT-A05 is a 4G GPS asset tracker with a built-in single-use battery, no wiring and nothing to charge. Screw it to a trailer, a boat, a shipping container, a generator or a piece of plant and leave it there.
It ships reporting its location once a day, and at one report a day the battery lasts up to 10 years. The reporting interval is set on the platform: it can report on a schedule, at set intervals or when the asset moves, and the more often it reports, the sooner the battery runs down. Updates every 2 minutes on the Power Saver plan, or every 10 seconds on the Real-Time plan, run it down far faster, so choose the interval to suit how long you need it to last.
The case is sealed to IP68, dust-tight and waterproof, and the tracker works from –20 °C to 60 °C. GPS, GLONASS, Galileo and BeiDou work together for positions accurate to under 1.8 m, and a built-in motion sensor detects when the asset moves. It measures 156 × 70 × 25.2 mm and mounts flat with two screws (not included).
Choose CT-A05 for the longest life: its single-use battery holds nearly three times the energy of the rechargeable CT-A06. If you’d rather recharge it between jobs, choose CT-A06.
