Tradies — tools & trailer
If the trailer moves at 2am, you'll know.
06:30 Trailer left the yard · Osborne Park
Tools are among Australia's most stolen items. Put a tracker on the trailer and one in the ute — the moment either moves after hours, your phone knows. Your tracker uses the network coverage provided by Telstra and Optus.
- After-hours movement alerts
- Telstra + Optus, one SIM
- Data hosted in Australia
- Australian stock, fast dispatch
01 · The problem
The gear earns the money — and it sits out all night
The ute's at the job, the trailer's in the yard, and every tool you own is in one or the other. A padlock won't ring your phone at 2am.
02 · The kit
Two trackers cover the lot
CT-A034G battery asset tracker
Magnet-mounts on the trailer, runs up to 70 days per charge, and sends movement and tamper alerts straight to your phone.
$139, first year of the plan included
See the CT-A03
CT-V034G hardwired vehicle tracker
Wires into the ute — permanent power, nothing to charge, and it keeps reporting even if someone pulls the battery.
$139, first year of the plan included

03 · The cost
$139 per tracker— first year of the plan included; from year two the plan renews at $7/mo or $70/yr (Power Saver) or $10/mo or $100/yr (Real-Time), cancel any time. Three or more trackers takes 10% off the hardware automatically at checkout, eight or more takes 20%

How it works
Fence the yard, keep the tools
-
01
Pick the pair
Battery CT-A03 for the trailer, hardwired CT-V03 for the ute — or start with one and add the other later.
-
02
Fit it after knock-off
The magnet mount takes seconds. The ute takes four wires — DIY or your auto electrician.
-
03
Draw a fence around the yard
Set work hours and a geofence. If the trailer leaves after hours, your phone knows before you do.
Straight answers first
Do I need an auto electrician?
Not for the CT-A03 — it's magnet mount, no wiring at all. The hardwired CT-V03 is four wires: plenty of tradies do it themselves, or your auto electrician will knock it over quickly.
What if someone finds the tracker?
The CT-A03 sends a tamper alert the moment it's interfered with, plus low-battery alerts so it never goes quiet on you. The hardwired CT-V03 keeps reporting even if the vehicle battery is pulled.
Can I watch the ute and the trailer in one place?
Yes — every tracker reports to the same Australian-hosted platform. One login, one live map, and geofence alerts for each of them.
Will it work out on the job site?
Your tracker uses the network coverage provided by Telstra and Optus, Australia's two largest mobile networks. If one network isn't available where your vehicle or asset is, the tracker can connect on the other. Two networks instead of one removes a single point of failure, but no mobile network covers all of Australia, and reception in any given spot depends on terrain, buildings and distance to the nearest tower. Not sure about a site? Call us on 0413 418 743 before you buy and we'll check.
What does it cost all up?
$139 per tracker, with the first year of the plan you choose included. From year two the plan renews at $7/mo or $70/yr (Power Saver) or $10/mo or $100/yr (Real-Time). Cancel any time; there's no minimum term.
